Bank Payment
What is bank payment for?
In the till, you can choose the ‘Bank Payment’ payment method. This allows you to trust the customer to transfer the amount themselves (by bank). This amount will also appear on the receipt.
With ‘Bank Payment’, the revenue is booked immediately. If you choose a down payment, the remaining amount will only be booked as revenue later.
Checking outstanding bank payments

In the menu, click on ‘Transactions’ (under Sales)

Click on the filter icon behind the search bar.

Under payment method, select the ‘Bank Payment’ option.

Click the ‘Search’ button.
Here you will find all transactions with a bank payment.
You can also filter by the status of the bank payment. This is also a filter option on this page.
Confirming bank payment
Has the amount been received? Then confirm the payment in the system.
This gives you a clear overview of what still needs to be received.

Click on the arrow icon behind the relevant transaction.

Click on the ‘Mark as Confirmed’ option.

A new screen will appear. Enter the amount received and click the green button.
Now the transaction is still visible under ‘Transactions’, but moved to the ‘Bank Payment (Confirmed)’ filter.
The transaction also shows that the payment has been confirmed.
