Customize payment on transaction

For example, does someone pay with pin, but have you hit cash? Take the following steps to adjust the payment methods to the transaction.

1. Click on 'Transactions' in the menu

2. Find and open the relevant transaction.A new window opens.

3. At the bottom, click on the 'Customize Payments' button behind the title Payments.

4. Click on the + icon to add a new method.

5. Select the desired payment method

6. After the payment methods, change the amounts in the 'New amount'.

7. Click on the 'Save' button to make the adjustment.

Tip

A new 'transaction' will be created for this change. So when changing payments on a historic transaction, a new record is created on your current day state. If you adjust the payment before the day state is closed, this change will still be visible on the same day state.
