It is possible to delete a transaction.

How do I delete a POS transaction

1. In the menu, click Transactions

2. Filter or search for the relevant transaction.

3. Click the arrow icon next to the View button.

4. Click the Delete option

5. Select the option to delete this transaction and undo the stock change.

6. Click the button that appears to open the relevant daily closing in a new tab, if you want to print it again.

7. Click the 'Delete transaction' button.

Tip

The option to delete can only be used if the accounting setting is not active. This is the Accounting mode switch in Store settings -> POS. Turn this off and save the store settings to delete the transaction.

Also, if your company is based in Germany, it is not possible to delete transactions due to the mandatory Fiskaly integration. You can only undo a transaction by issuing a refund.

View deleted transaction

1. In the menu, click Transactions

2. Click the filter icon behind the search bar

3. Activate the Show deleted transactions switch

4. Click the Search button

5. Now only the deleted transactions are shown.

Optionally click the refresh button behind the search bar to show all transactions again instead of only the deleted transactions.

Restore deleted transaction

1. In the menu, click Transactions

2. Click the filter icon behind the search bar

3. Activate the Show deleted transactions switch

4. Click the Search button to show only the deleted transactions.

6. Click the Restore button next to the transaction to make the transaction visible again.

7. Click the refresh icon behind the search bar to display the transactions overview again.
