Manually cancel / redeem a gift voucher

On the gift voucher page, it is possible to manually cancel the amount.

In the menu, click 'Services'

Click the 'Gift Voucher' option

Search for the gift card number.

Click the 'View' button next to the gift card.

Click the 'Redeem' button under 'Remaining value'

Enter the amount you wish to cancel.

Click the 'Redeem' button again
Tip
This amount will not be shown in the statistics or on the daily closing. The customer will also no longer be able to use the amount.
Do you want to deduct the amount from the turnover? Then make a refund of the linked transaction. You will see this at the bottom of the relevant gift card page.
