Anydesk icon

We use AnyDesk to help you better remotely.

Are you curious about which icon it is when our colleague asks to view through Anydesk for remote assistance?

The icon can be green or red.

This is often on the computer's desktop.

Sometimes it can also be found in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

You can also find it by typing Anydesk or PrismaNote in the search bar.

Installing Anydesk

1. Click the following link to download it:

Or the app for Android or the app for iOS .

  1. Click on the program "PrismanoteSuppor....exe" at the bottom of the screen.

3. Click 'Yes' in the pop-up that appears to install

  1. The program will open.

A number will appear on the left (under This workplace). Share this number with Support.

Security permissions on macOS

AnyDesk can only receive incoming sessions when accessibility and screen recording permissions have been granted by the macOS system.

Add AnyDesk to trusted apps to work correctly.

AnyDesk requires macOS security permissions for remote input, screen recording, and disk access.

  1. Click Configure to open macOS System Preferences and set the permissions for AnyDesk accordingly.
  1. Click Open System Preferences to open Security & Privacy.
  1. Unlock Security & Privacy by clicking the lock icon.

  2. Go to the Privacy tab.

  3. Grant the required permissions by adding AnyDesk to trusted apps in the Accessibility, Full Disk Access, and Screen Recording sections.

Tip

Full Disk Access permission is optional but is required to use the file transfer mode.
