Change language

Is PrismaNote partially in English? Follow the steps below.

    Click 'Dashboard' in the menu.

    Click on the selected employee in the top right corner.

  3. 3

    Click on the 'Language' heading and select the correct language.

    Click 'Shop settings' in the menu.

  2. 2

    Click on the 'Advanced' tab.

  3. 3

    Select the desired language.

  4. 4

    Click the 'Submit' button.

Important to disable automatic translation in the browser

Are bad translations still being shown in your system? There's a good chance that automatic translation is still enabled in the browser.

Make sure the browser never translates the website www.prismanote2.com.

Google Chrome (Windows/Mac)

    Open the PrismaNote website ( www.prismanote2.com)

  2. 2

    Click on the translate icon on the right side of the address bar (usually a small translate icon or a box with 'A').

    Click on 'Never translate this site'

→ Is this not there? Click on 'Language settings' and disable automatic translation for the current language.

  1. Reload the page if necessary.

Microsoft Edge

  1. 1

    Open www.prismanote2.com in Edge.

  2. 2

    If Edge translates automatically, you will see a blue bar at the top.

  3. 3

    Click on "Options" (or gear icon) in that bar.

  4. 4

    Select: "Never translate this site".

  5. 5

    Reload the page to see the original text.

Safari (Mac)

  1. 1

    Visit www.prismanote2.com in Safari.

  2. 2

    If Safari offers a translation, a text bubble or flag icon will appear in the address bar.

  3. 3

    Click on it and choose "Show original" or "Stop translating".

  4. 4

    Safari will remember this for that site.

Firefox

Firefox does not automatically translate by default. But if you use a translation extension:

    Click on the puzzle piece in the top right.

    Find the active translation extension (like Google Translate).

  4. 4

    Click on the three dots next to the extension > Manage.

  5. 5

    Disable automatic translation for this site or remove the extension.
