Change language

Is PrismaNote partially in English? Follow the steps below.

1. Click 'Dashboard' in the menu.

2. Click on the selected employee in the top right corner.

3. Click on the 'Language' heading and select the correct language.

1. Click 'Shop settings' in the menu.

2. Click on the 'Advanced' tab.

3. Select the desired language.

4. Click the 'Submit' button.

Important to disable automatic translation in the browser

Are bad translations still being shown in your system? There's a good chance that automatic translation is still enabled in the browser.

Make sure the browser never translates the website www.prismanote2.com.

Google Chrome (Windows/Mac)

1. Open the PrismaNote website ( www.prismanote2.com)

2. Click on the translate icon on the right side of the address bar (usually a small translate icon or a box with 'A').

3. Click on 'Never translate this site'

→ Is this not there? Click on 'Language settings' and disable automatic translation for the current language.

4. Reload the page if necessary.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open www.prismanote2.com in Edge.

2. If Edge translates automatically, you will see a blue bar at the top.

3. Click on "Options" (or gear icon) in that bar.

4. Select: "Never translate this site".

5. Reload the page to see the original text.

Safari (Mac)

1. Visit www.prismanote2.com in Safari.

2. If Safari offers a translation, a text bubble or flag icon will appear in the address bar.

3. Click on it and choose "Show original" or "Stop translating".

4. Safari will remember this for that site.

Firefox

Firefox does not automatically translate by default. But if you use a translation extension:

1. Go to www.prismanote2.com.

2. Click on the puzzle piece in the top right.

3. Find the active translation extension (like Google Translate).

4. Click on the three dots next to the extension > Manage.

5. Disable automatic translation for this site or remove the extension.
