Email and webmail via PrismaNote
In addition to PrismaNote, you can also use our domain registration and email hosting services. Below you will find the procedure, costs, and settings for your computer.
Costs
These costs are for enabling email hosting and domain registration.
Tip
No additional costs are charged for moving your domains with historical emails.
The costs are €10 per month per domain with one or more email addresses.
Each additional domain without email hosting is an extra €1 per month.
Example: You want to purchase or move 5 domains, 2 of which have email addresses.
The costs would then be: 2 x €10 per month + 3 x €1 per month = €23 per month
Initiating a request
You can submit the request via: https://help.prismanote.com/portal/nl/newticket
Then select 'Domain and email transfer request' under Template. We will then send more information and the data we need.
