Launch of webshop

In this article, we provide an overview of the steps we take to launch a new website.

1. Discussion with Support to discuss the wishes for the website / webshop. For example:

  1. Only a reservation button or also online payment possible?

  2. What to transfer from the current website and what not?

  3. Other matters to take into account?

2. We create a proposal for the website and send it to the specified email address.

Are you building the website yourself in the website builder? Ask support to publish the website under a test link, so that the website can already be viewed there.

3. If necessary, respond with desired adjustments.

4. To launch the website, there are two options. View the manual.

  1. We change the DNS data with the current hosting company. Your current email remains set up as it was. You will continue to receive an invoice from this company for the registration of the domain name and hosting for email management. This takes approximately 15 minutes.

  2. We move the domain to our hosting provider and transfer the historical emails. You will receive an invoice from us (€ 10.00 per month) for the registration of one domain name and the hosting for email management. This takes approximately 24 hours.

5. The website will then be visible under your own domain name. It takes approximately 1 hour for the SSL security certificate to be generated. It takes up to 24 hours before the website is optimally accessible.

6. Are any adjustments still needed? Open the website builder or contact support.
