You do not need to install the POS system on your computer. The system works completely online. You also do not need to install a separate app.

Do you want to print a receipt? Then it is important to install our Printhelper program on the computer to which the printer is connected.

Otherwise, the cash register cannot send a signal to the printer.

How do I log in to the POS system?

You can log in by going to www.prismanote2.com and entering your email address and password there.

Is the screen stuck, spinning or loading?

1. Then refresh the page by pressing CTRL and R simultaneously.

2. Then enter the data.

3. Click on the 'reCaptcha' box and wait until a green checkmark appears.

4. Then click the 'Login' button again.

By clicking on forgot password, you can request a new password.

What are the minimum system requirements for the POS system?

For using PrismaNote, you usually do not need to purchase any hardware.

The system works easily on a tablet or your current desktop with at least Windows 10.

Any system with internet can be used to operate PrismaNote.

However, to work quickly, we recommend a device with at least 8GB of RAM.

Does the POS system work on Mac and Windows?

Yes, the system works on both Mac and Windows.

Can I also use the POS system on a tablet?

Yes, absolutely! PrismaNote works very well on tablets and other devices with a touchscreen.

Please note that a computer is required for printing receipts.

The printer must be connected to a computer to be controlled.

You can also choose to send receipts by e-mail, but for printing labels, a laptop or desktop with the printer attached is required.

Can I also use the POS system on a smartphone?

It is possible to log in and use the system on a smartphone.

However, the development team is still working on an update to the layout, so that it is user-friendly on this small screen.
