Sometimes it is necessary to clear the browser cache to retrieve the latest version of our code.

A cache can be compared to a temporary storage of files. The browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and the computer use this to load websites you visit a second (or more) time faster. This can result in older code being loaded in PrismaNote. In this article, we explain how to clear the cache.

Clear history

    Click on the three-dot button in the top right corner

    Click on the "Clear browsing data" option

    Select the "All time" period

  2. 2

    Click on the "Clear data" button

It is now important to log in to PrismaNote again to continue.

Delete domain cookies

    Open the PrismaNote website

  2. 2

    Click on the Settings icon (2 lines and 2 circles) before the link

Or the padlock icon in older versions of Chrome:

    Click on the text "Cookies and site data" (or "Manage cookies and site data" in English).

    Click on the text "Cookies and site data" again

5. Click on the bin icon next to the links until everything has been removed.

    Click on the blue "Done" button

    Refresh the page and log in again with your credentials.
