Clear your browser cache
Sometimes it is necessary to clear the browser cache to retrieve the latest version of our code.
A cache can be compared to a temporary storage of files. The browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and the computer use this to load websites you visit a second (or more) time faster. This can result in older code being loaded in PrismaNote. In this article, we explain how to clear the cache.
Clear history
- 1
Click on the three-dot button in the top right corner
- 2
Click on the "Clear browsing data" option
- 1
Select the "All time" period
- 2
Click on the "Clear data" button
It is now important to log in to PrismaNote again to continue.
Delete domain cookies
