Making the system faster - My system is slow
The system is continuously optimized, but performance can also be affected by user-side factors. Below are some points you can check yourself to improve speed:
1. Check internet connection
-
Test your download and upload speed.
-
Preferably use a wired cable connection.
-
Avoid Wi-Fi networks with many users or disturbances.
2. Keep browser up-to-date
-
Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
-
Older browser versions can be noticeably slower.
3. Clear browser cache
-
A full cache or old data can slow down loading.
-
Clear your cache and cookies and restart the browser.
4. Disable extensions
-
Browser extensions (ad blockers, password managers, plug-ins) can affect performance.
-
Test the system in an ‘Incognito’ or ‘Private’ window.
5. Check equipment
-
An older computer, low RAM, or heavy background processes can cause delays.
-
Close programs that use a lot of memory.
6. Network load in the store
-
Do you also have an online radio or YouTube playing?
-
Is a lot of data synchronizing (OneDrive, Dropbox, backups)?
-
Are many colleagues active simultaneously? This can slow down the connection.
If you check the above points and the system remains slow, we would be happy to help you investigate where the delay is coming from.
