Product Link with BOL.com

6 min read·Updated 12/05/2026

With the BOL.com product link, you can easily connect your online product range to BOL.com. This automatically forwards and synchronises selected products, allowing you to expand your reach without additional manual work. This guide explains step-by-step how to set up and use the link.

The link ensures that product information from your system is automatically forwarded to BOL.com. This includes:

  • Product number (SKU)

  • Stock

  • Price

  • EAN number

Tip

All products with an EAN number and for which the "Sell on webshop" switch is active will be sent to BOL.com. It is also possible to exclude certain product groups or price categories; please let us know.

If the product has sufficient information on BOL.com, it will be offered for sale by BOL.com.

Automatic updates

  • Changes are synchronised every hour

  • New products are automatically added (if permitted)

  • Stock and price always remain up-to-date

Tip

Orders from BOL.com are not processed automatically. These must be entered manually via the till or stock must be adjusted manually.

Costs

Monthly costs are €29 per month for the operation of the link (up to 4500 products) and maintenance.

Otherwise, the price is on request. The link can be cancelled monthly.

The setup costs are a one-off payment of €50.

Tip

The link will become slightly more expensive if there is interest in automatically sending orders to PrismaNote and this has been implemented.

Step 1: Preparation

Before you start, ensure that you have:

  • An active BOL.com seller account.

  • Added your market participants in BOL.com (via Settings -> My shop -> Market participants). These are the names, addresses, and contact details of your suppliers responsible for products in Europe.

Step 2: Temporarily grant PrismaNote access

1. In BOL.com, click on the shop name in the top right corner.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Users & roles under Account.

4. Add the user info@prismanote.com as an administrator.

1. We create credentials for BOL's Retailer API.

2. We create an access key in PrismaNote and link it to the created Retailer API credentials.

3. We link the suppliers to the created market participants. This information is also used in BOL.com as the product supplier according to GSPR legislation.

4. We activate the synchronisation (it may take a few hours for all products to appear on BOL).

Step 4: Processing orders

Orders received via BOL.com:

  • Will be visible in your BOL.com account.

  • These must be entered via the till or stock must be adjusted via Assortment.

Tip: Use a consistent method to prevent errors.
