Adjusting receipt layouts is relatively technical. You can also send a photo with the desired changes to our support team.
Adjust thermal receipt layout
It is not possible to adjust the design of the thermal receipt yourself. Please send a photo and the desired changes to the support team.
Adjust PDF receipt design
Adjust the layout of your receipts to display the desired information. Follow the steps below to access the settings.

Go to Settings
In the main menu, click Settings.

Choose Store settings
Select Store settings in the next menu.

Open Print settings
Click Print settings.

Edit the receipt
Click the pen icon next to the receipt you want to edit.
Possible adjustments to the PDF receipt
I will explain which settings are visible if you want to adjust the PDF receipt yourself.
By default, the Parameters tab is selected.
Business logo: turn on or off to show the store logo.
Orientation: select whether you want to print the receipt portrait or landscape.
PDF Method: By default, this is set to PDFMake, but for some printers, the Javascript option works better.
Page size: Select the desired receipt size (A4, A5, A6 or custom). Do you have a receipt with a fold? Then select the full size.
Font: Roboto or Times New Roman
Background PDF used when emailing receipts: optionally select a background image for the email.
Page margins: Optionally change the margins if the receipt is printed crookedly.
Font size: Adjust the font size. This is usually set to 8.
Under the Content tab, the content of the receipt can be adjusted. However, this is a JSON template for generating a document or PDF.
