Set up Thermal Network Printer

Did you know you can solve more printing problems via support.prismanote.com/printen?

If you have experienced internet problems, the IP address of your thermal network printer may have changed. Below we explain how you can easily solve this yourself.

1 Open EpsonNet Config

2 Find the IP Address

3 Open your Windows settings

  1. Go to printers and scanners

5 Click on add printer or scanner

6 Click on add manually

7 Add a printer using an IP address or hostname

8 Set the device type to TCP/IP device and enter your IP Address

9 Click next

10 Now you need to choose the driver, select manufacturer Generic and for printers Generic /Text Only

11 Click next

12 Select Use currently installed driver (recommended)

13 Give the printer a name and click next

14 Indicate that you do not want to share the printer

15 Check your settings by printing a test page

16 Was this successful? Then go to PrismaNote

17 Open your shop settings

18 Go to print settings

19 Click on customise printer

20 Select the correct printer

21 Click save

21 Click save under the thermal receipt printer heading
