Turn on print helper

PrismaNote works completely online. However, for printing, the PrismaNote Printhelper program is installed. This program normally starts up automatically when you turn on the computer.

Is the program not on the computer? Follow the installation steps.

Tip

The program only needs to be installed on the computer to which the printer is paired.

This computer must therefore also be on, if you want to print (from another computer).

With these steps, turn on the program:

1. Make sure that the PrismaNote Printhelper program is active on the computer to which the printer is associated, this is the following icon in your toolbar:

2. If the program is not active, first click Start:

3. Now type in the word helper and click Open:

4. Does the program ask for a password?

You can find this information in the 'Shopping settings' under the Print settings tab:
