Adding brands and suppliers to book products
Adding a brand is essential to find the product information from the supplier (such as descriptions and photos) in the central database. Always do this before booking the products.
By selecting the supplier of the brand, it will also be added to the store.
1. In the menu, click 'Brands'
2. On the right, click the 'Add brand' button
3. Type the brand name to search
Do you want to display a different name for this brand? Fill this in the field next to the search field.
4. Search and select your supplier for this brand.
5. Click the 'Add' button
Adding a repairer or other partner
Tip
Use this method if you don't need to book products from this supplier.
1. In the menu, click ‘Suppliers’
2. On the right, click the ‘New company’ button
3. Type the official company name
4. Select the company if it is already in the database or click the text ‘Add new company’
5. Fill in the details and click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom. Fields with a red asterisk are required.
What does the ‘Keep company private’ option mean? In this case, other users cannot find the company if they also work with this company. Our support can then still make the company visible. So use this option if it's not an official company, but for example, an external person nearby who only performs repairs for you.
