Adding brands and suppliers to book in products
Adding a brand is essential to find the supplier's product information (such as descriptions and photos) in the central database. Always do this before booking in products.
By selecting the brand's supplier, it will also be added to the shop.

In the menu, click 'Brands' (under Inventory)

On the right, click the 'Add brand' button

Type the brand name to search
Do you want to display a different (custom) name for this brand? Enter it in the Alias field after the search field. For example, Own Collection for the Kasius brand.

Search for and select your supplier for this brand.

Click the 'Add' button
Important
Are you creating a new brand that is not yet in the database? Then enter a unique email address and website name for the official brand, otherwise the brand cannot be saved.
Adding a repairer or other partner

Use this method if you do not need to book in products from this supplier.

In the menu, click ‘Suppliers’ (under Inventory)

On the right, click the ‘New company’ button

Type the official company name

Select the company if it is already in the database or click the text ‘Add new company’

Fill in the details and click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom. Fields with a red asterisk are mandatory.
What does the ‘Keep company private’ option mean? In this case, other users cannot find the company if they also work with this company. Our support can still make the company visible. So, use this option if it is not an official company, but for example, an external person nearby who only performs repairs for you.
