Bulk update - Adjust multiple selling prices at once

Do you want to update the selling price of all products in an item group or from a supplier at once? For example, if it has become more expensive due to a higher gold price? Follow the steps in this article.

There are two options:

- Upload a price list and update it at once

- Filter, manually adjust, and update at once

Both methods are explained below.

Adjust Selling Prices at Once | PrismaNote Bulk Update

Upload price list to change multiple selling prices

1. In the menu on the left, click Bulk updates

2. Click the Product properties option

3. Click the gray button Update prices

4. Click the arrow icon next to the Upload file button to update prices and choose the option Select from previous uploads.

A new window appears. Here, the lists of suppliers are visible, and possibly custom lists that have been uploaded.

5. Click the 'All products' button next to the desired price list. Is the list not there and do you want to upload it yourself? See the steps below.

6. Click the blue button with the filter icon behind the search bar

7. For example, select the desired item group or supplier by typing in the filter field so that the options appear.

8. Click the Search button to load the products.

9. Check the prices of the first page of products that are shown.

10. Click the Print labels in bulk button at the top right.

11. Click the green button Start updating my products to actually apply the prices to the products.

12. You will once again see the products that have been found. Click the green button Confirm.

13. A new screen appears. Here you can see which products have been adjusted and if products have failed. Click the Back button to adjust other products.

Upload your own list

- Click the green button Upload file to update prices.

- A new screen appears. Upload the file by clicking in the upload field. It is important that the file contains the product number of the supplier, the old selling price, and the new selling price.

- Enter the names of the columns you want to link to the correct field.

- Click the Submit button.

Manually adjust multiple selling prices at once

1. In the menu on the left, click Bulk updates

2. Click the option Change product properties in bulk

3. Click the gray button Update prices (upload file if necessary)

4. Click the green button Next step

5. Click the blue button with the filter icon behind the search bar

6. For example, select the desired item group or supplier by typing in the filter field so that the options appear.

7. Click the Search button to load the products.

8. Change the selling price under the column with the location name.

It is important to update this page first, before moving to the next page.

9. Click the checkbox in the Select column to update the products on this page.

10. Click the green button Start updating my products.

11. A new screen appears. Here you can see which products have been adjusted and if products have failed. Click the Back button to adjust other products.
