Credit and reverse a purchase order

Do you want to undo a purchase order? Follow these steps.

In the menu, click 'Purchase Orders'.

Find the relevant purchase order.

Click 'View' next to the relevant purchase order.

At the top, click the 'Refund' button.

The purchase order has now been reversed.
The status has now changed to 'Refund'.
Tip
Is it not possible to click the 'Refund' button?
Then check if the status of the purchase order is 'Completed'. Otherwise, this purchase order has not yet been booked, and crediting is not possible.
