Delete supplier
It is not possible to delete a supplier because products and transactions are linked to them. Therefore, merge the supplier with another supplier, for example, one with your own company name. The merged supplier will disappear from the overview, and all data will be linked to the other supplier.

Go to Suppliers
In the menu on the left, click on 'Suppliers' under the 'Inventory' category.

Select 'Merge'
Click the arrow next to the 'View' button for the supplier you want to merge. Then click the 'Merge' option.

Find the correct supplier
Type (part of) the name of the supplier you want to link the other supplier to. Click the search icon or press Enter.

Link the suppliers
Click on the supplier you just searched for to create the link. The suppliers are now immediately merged.
