Export stock list
How do I export my complete stock?
1. In the menu, click 'Assortment'
2. Under the 'Locations' filter, select the 'In stock' option
3. Click the button with the 3 dots in the top right.
4. Click the 'Export products' option
5. A new screen will appear. If necessary, select additional desired product data under 'Standard details' and 'Product details'.
6. Click the 'Export' button.
How do I export all my products?
1. In the menu, click 'Assortment'
2. Click the button with the 3 dots in the top right.
3. Click the 'Export products' option
4. A new screen will appear. Turn off the 'Use selected filters' switch to export all products.
5. If necessary, select additional product data under 'Standard details' and 'Product details'.
6. Click the 'Export' button.
How do I export all products from a supplier?
1. In the menu, click 'Suppliers'
2. Click the 'View' button next to a supplier
3. Click the 'Stock list' button on the right
4. Hover your cursor over the 'three dots' button on the right.
5. Choose the option you would like to download. By default, 'Download CSV file' is for an Excel file and 'Download PDF file' for a PDF overview.
Tip
By clicking the filter icon next to the supplier name, an additional filter or another supplier can be selected directly.
How do I export items from a specific category?
1. In the menu, click 'Assortment'
2. Under filters, select the desired categories.
3. Click the button with the 3 dots in the top right.
4. Click the 'Export products' option
5. A new screen will appear. If necessary, select additional product data under 'Standard details' and 'Product details'.
6. Click the 'Export' button.
Export stock of a specific brand or product group
Please note that entering the brand is not mandatory, so we advise you to create an export per product group or supplier.
This can be done both via the export on the supplier page with the filter icon (see above) and via the export on the assortment page (see below).
For example, follow these steps:
1. In the menu, click 'Suppliers'
2. Click the 'View' button next to a supplier
3. Click the 'Stock list' button on the right
4. Click the filter icon next to the company name
5. Select the brands or product groups.
Tip
It is not mandatory to add a brand to a product, so it may be missing. A product group is mandatory, so for a complete list, it is best to select this.
6. Click the 'Submit' button. The list will be updated.
7. Hover your cursor over the 'three dots' button on the right.

Via Assortment page (Excel file only)
1. In the menu, click 'Assortment'
2. Select the filters you want to use
3. Hover your cursor over the button with the 3 dots on the right.
4. Click the 'Export products' option
5. A new screen will appear. If necessary, select the 'Only stock products' switch and click the 'Export' button at the bottom.
