For convenience, use a laptop and a barcode scanner to scan products via the search bar. You can also search by product number. More tips below.

To count the stock, take the following steps:

1 Click ‘Inventory / Stock count’ in the menu

2. Search or scan the first product of the product group you want to inventory.

3. Click on the product that appears to add it.

The product group where this product is located will then appear.

4. Click the 'View all products in product group' button to see all counted and uncounted products.

Tip

Would you prefer to inventory per supplier?

Then click the 'View by supplier' button below the search bar to activate it.

You can then click the 'All supplier products' button or the arrow behind it to view the count by product group.

5. A new screen appears. Here products can also be searched or scanned.

By clicking on the 'Not counted' or 'Counted' tab, the products in this category can be displayed.

If a product is scanned or added, it will move to the ‘Counted’ category.

At the bottom of the page, you will see the total.

6. Is the product group fully counted? Click the 'Process' button to process the stock change.

A new pop-up will appear. Click the 'Process' button again if you are sure you want to change.

All products (including those under 'Not counted') will then be updated. So, if you counted 0 products or a lower number than the current stock? Then this will also be adjusted.

The overview with all product groups will then be displayed again. Behind the relevant product group, the label 'Checked' will now appear instead of 'Not checked'.

Start inventory again

1. Click the ‘Mark all as not processed’ button at the top below the search bar.

2. Then there are two options:

  1. Click the 'Mark checked groups as unchecked' button to change all 'Checked' labels to 'Not processed'. You can then continue counting the products again.

  2. Click the 'Start inventory again (remove any existing counts)' button to remove all counts and truly start over.

A few tips:

  1. Use 'Enter' to search. You can use a barcode scanner if it also works at the checkout.

  2. It is possible to count a product group and continue later.

  3. If you want to change product groups, do so as much as possible before you start counting.

  4. Do you have different product groups that are similar? Count these groups together and only then process the counts.

  5. When changing product groups / using the checkout during inventory, check if the count of this item is correct.

  6. After you have started counting, click on one of the groups below to see the items that have not yet been counted for that group.

  7. This function works best if you have a barcode scanner connected to a laptop. You can also use an iPad with a more advanced wireless scanner.
