Create and use turnover groups
What are turnover groups?
Turnover groups allow you to easily summarise the turnover of different article groups and export this information. This is useful for, for example, the accountant.
The most commonly used turnover groups are:

Jewellery

Gold
-
Silver
-
Gold / Silver
-
Watch strap
-
Miscellaneous
-
Workshop (for example, for article groups such as batteries, repairs, watch strap shortening)
Create or modify turnover groups

In the menu, click on 'Article groups' (under Inventory)

Click on the 'Turnover group layout' tab
3. Modify an existing turnover group or add a new one.
- Add a new turnover group: Click on the 'Add a new turnover group' button on the right and fill in the details.
- Modify turnover group: Click on the 'pen icon' next to an existing turnover group to adjust the turnover group or to add a subgroup.
4. Click on the 'Save' button at the bottom.
Assign article group to a turnover group via the overview
This method makes it slightly faster to link the turnover groups to the article groups.

In the menu, click on 'Article groups' (under Inventory)

Click on the button with the 3 dots on the right.

Choose the option 'Assign turnover groups to article groups'
4. Select the desired turnover group next to the article group.

Select the article groups for which you want to apply the change (if you select the first article group at the top of the page, all article groups on the page will be selected).

Have you adjusted the first page? Click on the 'Save' button at the top.
Repeat these steps on the next page.
Manually assign article group to a turnover group

In the menu, click on 'Article groups' (under Inventory)

Click on the 'pen icon' for the relevant article group
3. Select the correct desired group next to 'Turnover group'.
4. Click on 'Update' at the bottom right to save the change.
Display turnover groups in the statistics

In the menu, click on 'Store settings' (under Settings)

Click on the heading 'Statistics'
- 3
Set both switches to active.
- 4
Click on 'Save'
If you now generate a report via the 'Statistics' menu, the distribution will be made in turnover groups:
