Creating a list of product returns

Tip

To view sales or revenue, it is important to select the employee with the role of 'Owner' or 'Developer'.

Would you like to know which products have been returned in a specific period?

1. In the menu, click on 'Assortment'.

2. In the top right, click on the button with the 3 dots.

3. Click on the 'Export stock correction' option.

4. Select the desired period under 'Start date' and 'End date'.

5. Select the type 'Cash register'.

6. Click on the 'Export' button.

The file will now be downloaded as an Excel file.

7. Open the relevant Excel file.

8. Click on the arrow before the A.

9. In the top right, click on the 'Sort and filter' option.

10. Click on 'Stock correction' and select only the positive numbers. These are the returns.
