We were unable to close the cash register yesterday. Now our first few transactions are on the same daily statement as yesterday. Is there a way to split this? or to partially close the cash register?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to split a daily statement from the cash register. In this case, it is best to download and print two separate reports via the statistics.
1. Click on Statistics in the menu
2. Click on the Normal tab
3. Select the period
4. Click on Apply filters
5. Click on the Download compact button
Repeat these steps for the other period and close your cash register today in the normal way (i.e. for the full period).
