Display brochure or magazine on the website

8 min read·Updated 12/05/2026

For this guide, it is important to have an account with an online magazine generator.

Do you not yet have such an account or an HTML code for a browsable brochure? Then first follow step 2.

For example:

www.flipsnack.com

www.fliphtml5.com -> Free account possible, but advertisements will also be shown.

For €5 per month, we will upload a 'flippable' brochure via our account. This includes the costs for setting up and displaying the magazine. Please contact support@prismanote.com for this.

Steps in the website builder

1. In the menu, click 'Website builder'

2. Click 'Edit' next to the website

3. The website builder opens in a new tab. Go to the relevant page on the website where you want to display the magazine.

This can be done at the top via the menu or via 'Pages' on the side. Need a new page? These are the steps.

4. Click the blue label 'Rij' or 'Row' at the top left of a row.

5. A new window appears. Click the 'Edit design' option.

6. Make sure the 'Row over margin' option is activated.

7. Drag the 'HTML' widget into the empty row

– To do this, click 'Widgets' in the side menu

– Find the 'HTML' widget

– Click and hold the mouse button and drag it to the relevant empty column

8. A pop-up appears (this can also be opened by clicking on it). Paste the code here instead of the text 'Add your custom HTML here':

– Then click 'Update'

9. Click the 'Republish' button at the top right to make the brochure live on the page.

Steps in Fliphtml5

1. Create an account on www.fliphtml5.com and log in.

2. Click 'Upload' at the top right

3. A new screen appears. Click the 'Browse files' button to upload the PDF from your computer.

4. Please wait until the file has been uploaded. In the menu on the left, click 'Share' and then the 'Embed to website' option.

5. Then click the 'Copy' button below the code.

6. Now go through the steps in the previous chapter 'Steps in the website builder'.
