Display Delivery & Return on the product page
It is possible to display Delivery and Return information (shipping policy) in a new tab next to 'Product details' and 'Description'. This keeps the potential customer on the relevant product page to resolve any remaining ambiguities before adding the product to the shopping cart.
Step-by-step plan:
1. In the PrismaNote menu, click on 'Website Builder'
- Click on the edit icon behind the website.
3. A new tab will open. Click 'Home' at the top and type 'Details' here.
4. Click on this page to open it.
Tip
Your page might also be called Product. In that case, repeat steps 3 to 7 for this page as well.
5. Click on the preview of the product page, so that the screen from the image appears.
6. Scroll to the section 'Place here text for the Delivery & Return tab'.
7. Enter your information here.
8. Click the 'Republish' button in the top right to make the changes live.
State the shipping costs, when it will be shipped, what the delivery time is, what the return policy is, and what the terms and conditions are.
