Display product without stock or selling price on the website

Would you like to display products online without a price or if they are out of stock? These are the steps.

1. In the PrismaNote menu, click 'Assortment'.

2. Find the product in question using the search bar at the top left.

3. Click the 'View' button next to the product.

The product page will now open.

4. At the top of the middle column, turn on the 'Sell on webshop' switch.

5. Below, select the correct webshop setting (under 'Webshop settings').

Do not display on webshop: the product will not be shown online.

Displayed if in stock (recommended): The product will be shown online and automatically removed if out of stock.

Displayed, even with 0 stock: The product can always be viewed and checked out online, even if out of stock.

Can only be reserved, price visible: The product cannot be checked out online, but can be reserved.

Can only be reserved, price on request: The product cannot be checked out online and no price is visible, but the product can be reserved.

7. Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
