Manually sorting products on the website
Do you want to manually determine the order of a part of the products in the webshop? Then follow these steps:
1 Click on 'Assortment' in the PrismaNote menu.
2. Find the relevant product you want to sort on the website.
3. Open the relevant product by clicking 'View'.
4. Between the extra product information on the right, you will see the heading 'Sort number on the website'.
5. By default, each item has sort number 0. If you change it to -1 (-2, -3, -4 etc.) the product will be shown earlier than other products. If you change it to 1 (2, 3, 4 etc.) the product will be shown later.
6. Then click 'Save' to adjust the sorting.
Tip
Multiple products can have the same sort number.
Tip
Dropshipping products are always shown after your own products, so manual sorting does not work for these.
TIP: Is the sorting on the product overview not adjusted?
Then check if a Sort filter is not selected by default.
1. Open the website builder and go to the relevant page.
2. Click on the 'Products' widget so that the pop-up appears.
3. Set the 'Sort' field to 'None'. Close the pop-up and click 'Save settings' on the screen.
4. Click the 'Republish' button in the top right.
