Photo gallery

One of the most common widgets, besides text, photo, and button, is the photo gallery. It offers great possibilities to display the website very dynamically. Therefore, we will further explain all options on this page.

Tip

First, you need to open the website builder. These are the two steps.

1. Go to 'Widgets' in the left sidebar menu

2. Search for 'Photo Gallery'

3. Click and hold it with the left mouse button

4. Drag the Photo gallery to the desired location.

4. The pop-up for selecting images will also automatically appear. You can also open it (again) by clicking on it.

1. Click on the photo gallery so that the pop-up appears.

2. Then click on the image you want to change. Several options will appear:

  • Replace, edit, and delete image (works the same as Add or adjust photo)

  • Edit link: if you want to add a link to this photo (this is only visible if the toggle in the photo above is enabled).

3. You can also add/change the title, description, and a button here.

Many design options are available for the photo gallery. To do this, click 'Design' at the top of the opened pop-up. You can then select various layouts for desktop.

If you scroll further down, you can set the number of columns and visible rows.

Slightly below that, you can define the style per item, such as font, colors, background, animation, shadows, borders, and spacing.

This way, you can use the photo gallery for various purposes. For example, to display a portfolio or beautiful (image) buttons to other pages.

NOTE: Some settings must be done separately for desktop, tablet, and mobile. So, first design the photo gallery as desired on desktop, then select the Tablet and Mobile mode at the top of the website builder. Then click on the photo gallery again to refine the design in this mode.

Do you want to remove the white space on the sides and display the gallery full width?

1. Then click on the blue 'Row' label on the left side, so that the pop-up appears.

2. Click 'Edit Design' in it.

3. Then turn on 'Row over margin'.

The photo gallery (and all widgets in this row) will now be displayed full width.
