Putting products online in bulk or removing them from the webshop

In the menu, click on Assortment.

In the top right, click on the button with the 3 dots.

Select the Webshop settings option.

Click on one of the following options:
Put all possible products on the webshop: This means that the system puts all products with sufficient information online.
Remove all products from the webshop: This means that the system removes all products currently online.
Put selected products on the webshop: This means that all products currently visible in the assortment (after selecting filters in the assortment) are put online.
Remove selected products from the webshop: This means that all products currently visible in the assortment (after selecting filters in the assortment) are taken offline.
Example: You want to remove products from a specific brand from the webshop

In the menu, click on Assortment.

Select the relevant filter (in this case, the Brand filter or a specific item group) so that these products are visible.

In the top right, click on the button with the 3 dots.

Select the Webshop settings option.

Select the Remove selected products from the webshop option.
Manually putting products online (product by product)

In the menu, click on 'Assortment' (under Inventory).

Click on the 'View' button next to the product.
- 3
Fill in the details in the first column for 'Brand', 'Product category', and optionally the 'Type'.
4. Scroll down slightly to the 'Status' bar. Below this, you will see the heading 'Required to display on the website'.
Fill in the details marked with an asterisk to make the status bar green. The fields depend on the category selected in step 3.
Is the status red? Then there is still missing information to display the product online.
Is the status green? Then the product can be displayed on the webshop.
Slightly lower, you will see the heading 'Improve filters and online discoverability'. This information is not mandatory, but it is useful to fill in. The product will then appear under the relevant filter. So, if you have entered the colour, the product will also appear when the customer selects that colour.
5. Then scroll to the top of the page. In the middle column, you will see the 'Sell on webshop' toggle. Turn this on.
6. Under 'Webshop settings', select the desired setting.
Do not display on webshop: The product will not be shown online.
Displayed if in stock (recommended): The product will be shown online and automatically removed if there is no longer any stock.
Displayed, even with 0 stock: The product can always be viewed and purchased online, even if there is no stock.
Can only be reserved, price visible: The product cannot be purchased online, but it can be reserved.
Can only be reserved, price on request: The product cannot be purchased online, and no price is visible, but the product can be reserved.
7. Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
Categorising products on the webshop

In the menu, click on 'Assortment' (under Inventory).

Find and open the relevant product.
- 3
Select properties on this page to make the product visible in the relevant categories and filters.
For example:

Category
-
Jewellery type
-
Gender
-
Brand
-
Material
-
Colour
-
Item group and supplier (this is not shown by default).
For example: if you have selected the category 'Jewellery', the material 'Gold', and the gender 'Ladies', the product will be displayed on the 'Ladies' jewellery', 'Ladies', 'Gold jewellery', and 'Gold ladies' jewellery' pages. The product will also be shown if these filters are selected by the consumer.
4. Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
