Sell gift vouchers online

Please note: do you want to sell gift vouchers online? Then make sure you create the gift cards in the till without the customer having to pay for them.

Creating and publishing gift vouchers online

1. In the menu, click on 'Purchase Orders'

2. Create a new purchase order

3. Next to the search field for the supplier, click the 'None/Internal' button

4. In the 'Product number' search field, type a desired product number. For example: Gift15

5. In the results window, click the 'Create new product' / *Own (handmade)' product button

6. Place the product in the 'Gift Vouchers' product group (to group them and place them on a new page on the website).

7.\xa0Set the quantity to, for example, 10 pieces.

8. Set the price to the desired selling price and margin and purchase price to 0.

9. Fill in all other details to publish the product online (i.e. category, photo, etc).

Please note: turn on the 'Exclude from payment' switch so that you do not double-book income.
