Set up checkout or reservations on the webshop
For online checkout, it is also important that you have linked the desired payment provider to PrismaNote. View the manual.
Enable or disable online checkout
These are the steps to disable or enable online checkout on the webshop.
1. In the PrismaNote menu, click 'Website Builder'
2. Click the edit icon next to the live website (that's the website with the green link under the title).
3. A new tab will open. Click 'Home' at the top.
4. Type the word Cart and click on the page.
5. Click on the 'New cart' widget (on the image on this page)
6. A new screen will appear. Set the switch behind 'Product checkout' to inactive to not receive online payments.
Tip
Do you want to enable online checkout? Set this switch to 'active' and link it to the existing 'checkout' page.
With the 'Pay in store' switch, you can activate or deactivate reservations. When activating, ensure it is linked to the 'Pay-in-store' pop-up.
7. Then click the 'Republish' button in the top right of the screen to send the change live.
Tip
Now the 'Checkout' button in the shopping cart is hidden, so visitors can only reserve their order. The shopping cart button is therefore still visible on the product pages. They can only reserve, not checkout online in the shopping cart.
Hide or show shopping cart button on the product page
1. In the PrismaNote menu, click 'Website Builder'
2. Click the edit icon next to the live website (that's the website with the green link under the title).
3. A new tab will open. In the menu on the left, click Config.
4. Turn on the 'Hide add to cart button' switch to hide the shopping cart button on the product page and in the product overviews.
5. Click the 'Republish' button in the top right to see the result on the live website.
