Set up Coupon / Voucher

Do you want to run a discount promotion on the website or give a specific customer a discount code on the webshop? Create a coupon or voucher.

Set up coupon code

To create a discount code, follow these steps:

1. Go to Shop Settings via the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the Webshop settings tab.

3. Click or scroll to the Coupons section.

4. Click on the Add new button. A pop-up will open to configure various settings.

5. Enter the coupon code, the coupon value, and any other settings.

6. Click on the Save button.

Explanation of all coupon settings

Coupon code: Enter the code here that consumers can use on your website (text and numbers, without other characters and spaces). The code is case-sensitive.

Discount Type: Select whether it is a fixed amount or a percentage.

Coupon value: How much discount does the consumer get with this code?

Minimum spend: Enter the amount from which total order value the coupon may be spent.

Expiry date: Until when is the coupon code valid?

Usage limit: How many times can the code be used? (If you leave this blank, it is valid 10000 times).

Exclusive of discounted products: Is the coupon also valid for products already on SALE?

Only for selected product groups : Is the coupon only valid for specific product groups?

Exclude or include: Is the coupon valid for these product groups (include) or not for these product groups (exclude).

Select product groups: Search and select the product groups you want to include or exclude.

Edit coupon code

1. Go to Shop Settings via the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the Webshop settings tab.

3. Click or scroll to the Coupons section.

4. Click on the edit icon next to the coupon code you want to edit.

Delete coupon code

1. Go to Shop Settings via the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the Webshop settings tab.

3. Click or scroll to the Coupons section.

4. Click on the trash can icon next to the coupon code you want to delete.

Hide coupon code input field on the webshop

Do you want to prevent people from seeing an input field for coupon codes during checkout on your website? Follow these steps.

1. Click on Website Builder in the menu.

2. Click on the edit icon next to the website (the website with the green link is the website that is currently live).

3. The website builder will open in a new tab.

4. Go to the checkout page by clicking Home at the top and then typing Checkout.

5. Click on the text Your shopping cart is empty.

6. Toggle the switch next to 'Show use coupon code' off.

7. Click the Republish button in the top right.
