Take your website offline?
It is important to send a message to our support for this.
Important
Do you want to stop, move or cancel your website? Please send a message to our support. We will arrange the deactivation for you and ensure your subscription is cancelled.
Have we registered the domain for you and do you want to display a different website on it?
Please contact our support. There are two possibilities:
- We can adjust the DNS records for you, so that the other website becomes visible under your current domain name. You will continue to pay us for the annual domain registration and any email management.
- We can send you a transfer code for the domain, so that you can transfer it to another party. You will then pay another party for registration and email management.
Do you want to display your current PrismaNote website under a different domain name?

In the menu, click Website builder (under Settings)

Click the edit icon next to the website (the website with the green link, currently live).
The website builder will now open in a new tab.

In the menu on the left, click More -> Settings

Click the Website domain tab

Click the Change Site URL button

Change the domain name

In the top right, click the Republish button
Important
Make sure you have added the following DNS records to this new domain:
www CNAME s.multiscreensite.com @ A 35.172.94.1 @ A 100.24.208.97
