Open the checkout via the dashboard or menu.
Select a customer by clicking on the 'Customer' button.
1. Add products
1. Check that the "Stock" button is selected (green). This is how you search in stock.
2. In the "Search..." bar, look for the product you want to sell. By typing in this field, the products you have in stock will appear. It is also possible to scan an EAN number.
3. Select the right product by clicking on it.
Tip
By scanning the barcode, the product is immediately added as an order line. For this, the scanner must be set correctly.
Tip
Does the product contain diamond specifications? These details are shown in the description field. This can be set at Store settings.
2. Change products
Have more products or services been added? First, click on the relevant product that you want to change.
For example, the product is unfolded to change.
By default, the data of the last added product is shown.
Explanation of the fields
Quantity: You can change the number by pressing the + or - icon.
Normal / Return: By default, this field is set to Normal to sell the product. By selecting Return, a product is received from the customer again and money goes out of the cash register.
Name: This is the product title (Article group, label description, supplier number)
Article number: This is your own article number
Description: This is the description of the product.
Tip
You can change the title and description and still debit the affected product. This will then be adjusted to the voucher. By default, your own item number is also shown.
Price: The selling price per piece including VAT.
% Button: Add a discount for this product.
Taxes: The selling price remains the same, but the price is processed inclusive of or excluding VAT.
More button: If you want to process a deposit for this product, this can be adjusted below.
X button: Remove the selected product from the transaction.
3. Checkout
Then settle the transaction. Read more about Checkout at the cash register.
