Click on 'Shop Settings' in the menu on the left.

Below, we will discuss the most important parts of the shop settings per tab.

General Settings

Click 'Save' at the top or bottom to save the changes.

Below is a brief explanation of the most important fields:

Email address: This email address is used to send emails from the selected shop. Follow these steps .

Tip

Click the 'Verify' button next to it to improve email delivery. Add these values to the domain to which the entered email address belongs (for example, info@juwelierbos.nl belongs to the juwelierbos.nl domain). You can also forward this data to your hosting provider's support to add it.

Website builder email address: This email address is linked to the website builder and is the same for all locations.

Logo: At the bottom of this tab, change the logo that will be visible on receipts and in emails.

2. Your brands

Adding brands (and suppliers) is essential to gain access to supplier information. See this separate page for an explanation.

3. Location management

Under location management, you can add extra branches. See the explanation about location management here.

Cash Register Settings

Here you will find all settings for the cash register system.

1. Settings

Accounting mode - CV........... = If this is activated, the system creates accounting records for the accounting system (this is currently off for everyone).

Open cash drawer for cash payment = Activating this automatically opens the cash drawer for the Cash payment method.

Lock cash register after each transaction = Activating this displays the screen to select the employee for the next transaction after each transaction.

Enable cash register for general user = This allows the account with general rights to also be used in the cash register. You usually only enable this if you do not necessarily want to register transactions per employee.

Show product details after adding to cash register = Activating this automatically displays the (last) item scanned 'unfolded', so that all details are visible. The scanned product/order line can be folded in both cases by clicking on it.

Last receipt number: Each transaction has a receipt number. By adjusting this number, the next transaction will start counting from this new number.

Last invoice number: If a transaction is converted into an invoice, this last invoice number + 1 will be used.

Bag number: This is the number of the repair bag in the shop. This number is also incremental.

Bag number prefix: (optional) It is possible to add an extra prefix. This is useful, for example, if you book repair bags per branch.

Automatically increment bag number: By activating this, the bag number is automatically incremented in the input field when creating a repair.

Pre-fill in cash register: By activating this, the last bag number +1 is automatically added when creating a repair. This can still be changed per repair in the cash register.

Show in cash register

Order = Show the Order button in the cash register, if you sometimes want to order products for customers from suppliers you do not yet have in stock.

Gold purchase = Show the Gold purchase button in the cash register, if you do something with Old gold (or hide it if you don't).

Open drawer = An extra button in the cash register to open the cash drawer without cash payment.

Pre-fill information in cash register

  1. This data can be pre-filled in the product title; article group name, label description, supplier product number, product name, diamond details

  2. Various data can also be pre-filled in the description field.

This data then appears on the receipt and can always be adjusted per transaction.

Select default item group

For the 'Order' and 'Repair' buttons, it is necessary to enter an item group for the turnover to fall into the correct group. Here it is possible to select a standard item group for both. Link the correct supplier (or yourself as 'internal supplier') to the item group on the edit page to also pre-fill it by default.
