How can I manage multiple branches within the same account? You can do this with location management.

View Locations

  1. In the menu, click 'Shop Settings'.

  2. Under the 'General Settings' tab, click 'Location Management'.

Your locations will be displayed here. By default, the 'Webshop' location and a separate location for the safe are also shown. This is to separate the statistics.

How do I add a store or branch location?

  1. In the menu, click 'Shop Settings'.

  2. Under the 'General Settings' tab, click 'Location Management'.

  3. Click the 'Add Location' button

  4. Enter the name (e.g., the city name or street name).

  5. Enter the currency, such as Euro, Swiss Franc, or British Pound.

  6. Select the desired currency separator; a dot or a comma.

  7. Select the default language for the location. The email for the receipt, repair, or order will be sent to the customer in this language.

  8. Enter the country and address details.

  9. Click 'Save' to add the location.

Tip

You can also enter your VAT number for the location.

This way, you can manage multiple branches within the same account.
