Granting supplier access to figures
Grant the supplier access to the inventory value and sales figures of their brands.
This way, the representative can better contribute to sales and make good recommendations remotely.
Tip
Note that the company is linked to the official supplier, otherwise the supplier will not see it. If the label 'Not connected' appears behind the supplier in the overview, it has not yet been linked. Then take these 3 steps first.
Granting supplier access to figures
1. Click on 'Suppliers' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button next to the relevant supplier to open the page
3. Click on the 'Share inventory list' button in the top right corner
On the relevant supplier page, the 'Share inventory list' icon is now colored green at the top.
Disabling access
1. Click on 'Suppliers' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button next to the relevant supplier to open the page
3. Click on the 'Edit' button in the top right corner
4. Set the field to 'No' next to 'Share inventory list, sales information to collaborate'
5. Click on the 'Update' button in the bottom right corner
