Resolve cash discrepancies in 4 steps
A cash discrepancy often has several causes:
1. A transaction has not yet been registered in the till.
2. A transaction has been registered twice, or a refund has not yet been processed.
3. A transaction has been registered with a payment method that was not used for settlement.

4. Reload the Close Till page and close the till if the total amount is now correct.
5. Was the till already closed? Then go to the statistics page, select the date and times, and download/print your statistics report.
2. Cash discrepancy where the total amount is too high.
Solution: A transaction has probably been created twice, or a cancellation/return has not yet been registered. Delete the transaction or process the refund.
1. In the menu, click on Close Till or on Daily Closing Overview if it concerns a previous closing. Investigate which amount is too high.
2. On this page, the transactions created since the till opened are also visible, grouped by category. Check if any transactions have been created twice. (In this case, the time and the amount paid are often very similar).
