Set up SEO title and description

In addition to improving the page content, it is also important to set the SEO URL, title, description, and image for search engines and Social Media.

This can be easily added in the PrismaNote website builder.

Open the SEO options of the page

1. In the left sidebar menu, click on Pages

2. Click on the gear icon next to the relevant page

3. Click on the 'Edit Page SEO' option

4. Then fill in the text you want to display under 'Page Metatitle', 'Page Metadescription', and select an image that belongs to the page.

DO NOT turn on 'Set page to no index' if you want the page to be found in search results.

Page Title

In the input field below, write the Page title. It may contain a maximum of 70 characters, but to always display it properly, it's better to use a maximum of 55 characters. Place the keyword at the beginning of the title and try to create an appealing sentence that consumers would want to click on. For example: Men's Watches from New Collections In Amsterdam.

Page Description

Write a short text here about the keyword (place it at the beginning of the text again) of a maximum of 160 words. 320 words is the maximum, but the rest is not always displayed.

Page Image

By scrolling down a bit, you will find the section where an image can be added. Place an attractive image here related to the keyword. This will be shown when you or a visitor shares the website on a Social Media platform.

TIP: Via the left sidebar menu “Settings” -> “SEO” you can add the general website title and description. This is displayed by default if not specified per page.
